Here is a selection of my most recent animation works- newer stuff toward the top, older toward the bottom. Click the size icon to view the video. You'll need Quicktime to view most of these.

      Works in progress:
      **New WIP coming soon!**

Newer animations:

Tin Po- Here are some Tin Po episodes I did recently at ReelFX. I did two of the episodes called "Playtime" and "The Machine," but you can check out the rest of them at the official site here (look for Tin Po in the videos tab). I created all of the character animation in the actual episodes, but I didn't do any of the motion graphics or the character animation in the titles. My personal favorites are Tom Danen's "The Party" and Tim Hatcher's "Stuck Truck."
      "Playtime" [Large- 2.07 mb][Small- 1.03 mb.]
      "The Machine " [Large- 2.06 mb][Small- 1.03 mb.]

Ninja Battle! -Video game style super move featuring two characters. [Large- 157 kb.][Small- 70.3 kb.]

McGrumpy's Crime StopperTime- Some crabby old guy hosts a crime awareness show. [Large- 339 kb.] [Small- 167 kb.]

      Older animations:
Old Kentucky Shark Talk Show Liquor Corporation- Space Ghost plugs his new sponsor. Old lip-sync test featuring an old facial rig from college. [Large- 1.2 mb.] [Small- 489 kb.]

Don't Fear the Reaper- Here we have another short exercise using a WAV file featuring the Blue Oyster Cult. [Large- 863 kb.] [Small- 490 kb.]

I am so smart!- I did this one as an exercise using a WAV file I had sitting around. Features lip-synch with an old bunch of clunky blend shapes. [Large- 922 kb.] [Small- 417 kb.]

Lunch Hour- This is my graduate thesis featuring the story of Mr. Orange in his quest to overcome his rival, Mr. Green at the Cheap Laffs toy company. [Large- 22.7 mb.] [Small- 11.5 mb.]

Love Story- An experimental animation piece involving my own animated character (Stu/ "The Boy") and bits of "found animation" and collage elements. I still don't know who animated the little girl, but if I ever find out, I'll give him credit here. [Large- 9.7 mb.] [Small- 5.2 mb.]

24/7- Another experimental piece using a cheap dollar store camera. The concept behind this one using the number 24: the number of shots on the roll of film, as well as hours in the day and so forth. I took that idea and applied it to the daily routine... and how it makes everything begin to blur together. [Large- 11.9 mb.] [Small- 4.6 mb.]

Exquisite Corpse- Another experimental animation, this time as a portion of an Exquisite Corpse work. The theme everyone had to work from was "string theory," and we were given a piece of string to animate using only a scanner as our camera. [Large- 3.7 mb.] [Small- 1 mb.]

Zombie Sandwich- A pencil test animation featuring a vicious attack by a zombified sandwich on an unsuspecting normal sandwich! [Large- 1.2 mb.] [Small- 616 kb.]

[unfinished] Super Move- This is an unfinished short animation I had done to participate in an animation session at CGTalk. The theme for that particular session was a video game-style super move. [Small- 663 kb.]
